AstroLingo Data Requests

AstroLingo may store learning progress, saved charts, bookmarks, settings, and cached chart visuals on your device using local app storage.

• Apple manages App Store purchases; Google manages Google Play purchases.
• RevenueCat manages subscription entitlement state, purchase status, restore handling, and the current customer profile.
• FreeAstroAPI may process selected birth details, city data, coordinates, timezone, and chart calculation settings for chart and astrology requests.
• Supabase processes saved accounts, synchronized profiles and progress, saved charts, profile photos, reports, leaderboards, and push-notification registrations.
• Firebase Analytics processes product-interaction data, an app-install analytics identifier, and the Supabase account ID when a user is signed in.
• Expo, Apple, and Google process push tokens and notification delivery when remote notifications are enabled.

• Delete saved charts in the app.
• Use Settings > Privacy > Delete local data to remove AstroLingo data stored by the app on the device.
• Delete the AstroLingo app from the device to remove local app data.

If your installed version shows Delete account, open AstroLingo and go to Settings > Privacy > Delete account, then confirm in the app. If that option is not shown yet or you cannot access the app, send an account-deletion request using the link below. Include the email address used for the account so we can verify ownership. We aim to complete verified web requests within 30 days.

Request account deletion

If the button does not open an email app, email support@freeastroapi.com with the subject “AstroLingo account deletion request” and the email address registered to your AstroLingo account.

• Your AstroLingo sign-in account and account identifier.
• Your account-linked profile, birth details, synchronized progress, saved charts, synastries, composites, leaderboard records, notification token, and profile photo.
• Your current AstroLingo RevenueCat customer profile and entitlement mapping.

Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Apple, Google, and other payment providers may retain transaction records required for billing, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance. We may retain the deletion request and related support correspondence as needed to complete and document the request.
